How Quickly Does Albendazole Work?

Scruffy seems perfectly fine, but has a red bum (no blood). Haven't noticed any pecking from the others.

 

Should I do anything?

Sorry to hear about the red bum!

 

Keep your eye on it just to make sure there actually is no pecking going on - chickens can be very sneeky when it comes to bum pecking!

 

If there is no evidence of pecking then leave it alone and the feathers will grow back eventually.

 

How long has it been since you rescued the chooks?

About 3 weeks. Scruffy is fairly bald (funny with a name like that eh!?).

 

I'll watch out for some sneaky bum pecking
