I don't have an Eglu... YET!

 

But I would assume that it would be part of the standard package.

 

What is the point in buying an enclosed chicken coop and fox resistant run, without being able to keep the run door shut?

 

Therefore it's probably just a spare in case someone happens to bend or lose theirs...

Thanks. Yes, I just called Omlet for something else and asked about this, and they informed me that the pin certainly does come with each order as standard.

Speaking as someone who has misplaced 2 run pins, it is useful to be able to buy extras.

 

Inevitably, as soon as you get replacements, you stumble upon the originals.
