Prolapsed vent - am I getting it right?

Hi guys,

 

My cube gets delivered in 2 weeks and I was reading about past problems regarding the cubes leaking Ive saved up for ages to buy one and even tho it was a year ago when the problems were talked about is there anyone out there who might have experienced this again?

Previous Cube purchasers have been sent out a "fix it" pack - just consists of a couple of pieces to stick in the Cube. I haven't used mine as my Cube is in a walk in run with a roof. Others might be able to tell you if the fix it works - I seem to recall it does.

Guess I just have to stop worring about it at least till it arrives anyway as I havnt got my girls yet, reading about other peoples problems is just stressing me out, think its best to just relax and go with it.

I wouldn't stress about it at all I was worried before I received mine but took assurance that all was fixed.. unfortunatly I did have a leak on the second day.. however I have fixed it myself very simply and Omlet have been very quick in their response/concern.

 

I think I was just unlucky as many others had theirs delivered at the same time and did not have any problems at all.

 

Even with my small hiccup I absolutly love my cube and cannot recommend Omlet enough! So to sum up.. don't worry as it will more than likely be perfect.. and even if you have an issue it can be sorted very quickly .. the benefits will far outweigh your concerns!
