hils78 Posted June 30, 2008 Share Posted June 30, 2008 I was too worn out yesterday to do this post! I picked up 3 Ex-Bats from the Lincolnshire co-ordinators. I picked them up for a friend so really I shouldn't post this because its cheating! They aren't too bad - 1 has quite a bare bum, back & tummy (we've given her the name of BB!). 1 is in really quite good nick - Lacey because her back feathers are almosed Laced & the other is in between the 2 & has really dark feathers - Aunty Dark named after my great aunt Dark. I had to do the egg dance in the middle of the road at my parents where we did a pit stop because BB had laid a Mahoosive egg, mum was there & just covered her face . Will post some pics at lunch time. Their eyes have already changed colour from grey to bright amber (can't remember who posted about theirs doing this) and are quite inquisitive but keep falling over when they rush to get something Hilary ps forgot to mention that they are TERRIFIED of slugs!!!!!!! mum put one in their cage & they all backed away from it Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
