Whew! I just put together my Eglu run -- and I only swore twice. :) Joking aside, it really was easy to assemble, and I am not a handy person.

We're off for a holiday soon, and will get the hens when we return. We have another holiday planned for October, and I was going to put the Eglu and hens off until after that, but I've since found out that my neighbour (who keeps chickens) will be more than happy to watch them for me. So we will get to enjoy some summer garden time with our chickens. I'm so happy about that!

Well done you :D

I dont think I would even know where to start.

How long did it take you and did you have to hold three things together while trying to fix one bit.

If you had your hens already they would have been more than willing to help.

Best wishes!

I have just assembled my elglu run 8) along with 'my little helper' (who's off school poorly) it took just under two hours and I only nearly swore a couple of times

I did find that fitting the run to the eglu was a little tricky because I swear my pannels are of different sizes, and I had trouble geting the bolts to ge back into the bottom right hand side hole. We did get there eventually, does anyone else think the clips could be a little tighter round the run?
