I thought some of the choirs were really good, but not all of those went through to the next stage. Others were downright awful and clearly were not capable of getting much better and yet were chosen. I always think the audition stage is boring though, so maybe it will be better next week. It was a shame we didn't actually get to hear a lot of singing. I hope we hear more as time goes on and also hear some of the advice and training the choirs receive.
