Our lovely new chick, Lolita, laid us a 33g egg today. We are very surprised as she only came to live with us from the breeder 2 days ago and is only 18 weeks old. Can we eat the egg or is she likely to have been vaccinated too recently or any other reason why we shouldn't? Just a little wary as I am pregnant!
