joybelle
I`ve got a eglu cube with a 1 mtr extension. I really need to move it and give it a good hose down as its on concrete. with all the rain we have had its got smelly really quickly. OH thinks it wont be easy to move with the extension on,my question is is it quite easy or not. regards Joy
JM
It's OK with two people - one to push the cube and the other to guide the run end. However it gets tricky if you have to manoeuvre it rather than push it one way and back again. We found the foot pedals (that you push down on to engage the wheels) tended to slip out and disengage the wheels when we did some intricate manoeuvring. SAB
Me and OH have just moved Cube with run and extension and managed fine, even though were manouvering in tight space and with chooks onboard (shut in the house). Chooks a bit upset at this but it is not yet safe for them to freerange at ours and it was much easier than decanting them - they settled when we spoke gently to them.
