4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

hello there i have 3 hybred hens of 15 weeks old approx that ive had since 1 week old and i bought 4/5 weeks ago 2 silkies approx now 10weeks old (third of the size of the hens)i have been introducing them very slowly,they go out into the garden together but keep very separate and the big girls do go for them which upsets me but as in a garen they are able to move,i have not put them in a run together yet or put them in the same sleeping area,what do you think, should i just put them together and hope for the best!!!!!!!!! : javascript:emoticon(':(')
