2 digestive biscuits, mixed with a good k"Ooops, word censored!" of melted butter. and pushed into a small ramakin dish.

 

spread over some lemon curd (can mix with some phaldelphia if its too strong)

 

whisk 2 egg whites with 2 tbls of sugar to stiff peaks

 

spead on top of lemon curd.. and grill (put on the bottom of the grill so it doesnt burn) untill it browns.

 

voila
