LittleBoPeep Posted July 16, 2008 Share Posted July 16, 2008 Our chook Tink has been sitting quite happily on the eggs and have just got her out and picked up eggs and saw one has big dent in it. It has not gone through to inner membrane but do I think the worst. She hasn't thrown it out of the nest and is back sitting on them. I suppose I will just have to wait and see. I think if membrane is intact and chick still alive then the main risks remaining is of infection and when hatching; will it still be able to pip through membrane into the airspace?
