Patridge bantam chicken poorly foot?

Over the last couple of months, I've been finding lots of discarded feathers in the run.

 

I know that chickens 'moult', but I'm not sure when they should grow back.

 

Barbara has a very scrawny neck at the moment (you can see the skin) and Diana has only one tail feather left (the big long ones). Dolly pulls a few out now & then, but see is constantly broody, so I put it down to that.

 

Is this something slightly more sinister or something I shouldn't worry about???

I'd check them for lice and mites just to be on the safe side, but apart from that, as you say, probably a mini moult.
