Pevensey Sue Posted August 20, 2008 Share Posted August 20, 2008 A few months in to Chicken Keeping and a new worry occurs to me..... (just when I thought I was getting in to the swing of things!!) One of my girls, Ernestina, takes a couple of hours to lay normally from when she troops in to the eglu, the others take nothing like this time. Do you think she is having problems or just enjoying the peace and having a doze in there! ? What is the kind of average lay time (if their is such a thing!).........
