JulesL Posted August 31, 2008 Share Posted August 31, 2008 Hi I've noticed today that Betty's left wing (which is the clipped wing) is drooping slightly. I've searched on here and did read somewhere that it can be a sign that they are hot and are holding their wings out slightly to cool down. It hasn't been a hot day today so wondered whether it might be something else? I've picked her up and examined her and everything seems fine. She has been quite happily pecking around the garden and doesn't seem to be in any discomfort. Please put my mind at ease that she is ok... Old Speckled Hen Posted September 1, 2008 Share Posted September 1, 2008 My did the same thing. I couldn't see anything either and she was well, so masterly inactivity on my part was called for.
