My hens have started to eat their auboise bedding. They appear to have come to no harm yet and are happy and laying better then ever. They are allowed to run free for a few hours every day and get extra greenery and other tit bits. Has any one else had this problem and should I worry about?

Mine also seem to have a peck at the auboise every now and then. When I blast away their poo on the grass with the hose - there are little bits of the auboise in it, so it looks like it just goes straight through them. They don't appear to be any worse for wear for it!
