hils78
Hi, I need to pick your brains! I would like to build a static walk in run over an establised (planted) area of my garden. I can move most of the plants in that area easily to another area apart from a big cordyline (sp) plant/tree (which I'm not overly keen on but late grandmother gave it to me so I really must keep it How would you deal with putting a roof over the plant?- should I just do it & regularly water it or would you try & dig it up & transplant? its about 8ft tall now.... Cheers Hx
sheik
If it is close to the edge of the roof its root system will probably still be able to get enough water, especially if you supplement it during the summer (all two weeks of it anyway) You could also try and be flash and rig up a basic irrigation system from the guttering of the new run! /\
