Patridge bantam chicken poorly foot?

Hi, my chickens are around 25 weeks old and are beginning to bald in patches, especially around their backsides and they just generally seem to be thinning out, is this moulting?

 

I have researched this but the information i have found has just confused me further! Can anybody help me??

Do you have a pecker in the midst , only mine started the same way and have a liking for each others feathers
