I've had my girls for 4 weeks this Sunday. One of the Legbars is just not right. She has had runny yellow poo constantly since she arrived (as did some of the others when they first arrived). I treated them Verm-x for three days, but a couple of days later saw worms in her poo. So, for the past week I've been treating them with Flubenvet (last day tomorrow), but nothing has changed. Although she doesn't feel particularly thin, she's the one that's holding back (even when I get the mealy worms out), her face features are quite pale and anaemic looking, also she's the one that has been bullied a bit. The runny poo is the thing that worries me most, constant for almost four weeks, this cant be right. They also have bran, garlic powder, diatom, and ACV daily. I'm getting worried now so any advice would be much appreciated.

When you say bran, do you mean Bokashi bran?

 

You could try some probiotic yoghurt or Avipro, both of which will get some beneficial bacteria into her.

Yes, Bokashi Bran, and I forgot to say we have also been giving them probiotic yoghurt. I'm truly running out of ideas.

Why not cut everything out except pellets and water for a day or two and see if that helps settle things down.

I had a horrible thought this afternoon, apart from a corn cob swinging in their run (which takes about three days to clear), I have fed them quite a lot of dried meal worms for about ten days . I would say they have at least 10, maybe more a day each, could this be the problem? If so, I feel really stupid .

My ex bats have em by thr handful & I haven't had any problems.
