Eyren Posted August 6, 2006 Share Posted August 6, 2006 I doubt it - they usually have a lot of fleas, since their spiny coat is hard to groom, but I'm not aware of them carrying any particular diseases. We have them in our garden regularly - their normal route passes within about 30cm of the eglu (you can hardly miss them, they're so noisy as they bumble through the dead leaves!)
