I took advantage of the free P&P at wiggly wigglers and ordered the girls some mini live worms, they come in 3 40g pots....

 

Now, do you just put them in their porridge? And now many?

I just feed them to my girls by hand using a very thin pair of clean gardening gloves as they peck my hands in their eagerness to get to them. Sometimes I also mix a few into their afternoon corn. I always keep some on hand when I need to get them in or out of the run as mealworms are their absolute favourite thing to eat, they don't even touch the sides
