Sweet Chilli Jam - Batch two

Determined not to let this beat me, I had another go at this today and I think I've done it :D

 

I did everything as written in Poets recipe except, when after blitzing the peppers in the blender I popped them in sieve over some kitchen paper and squeezed all the liquid out, and I boiled it for 12 minutes not 10.

 

I have just had a delicious Ham and Chilli Jam sandwich, and the consistancy was lovely, thick and jam like.

 

Thank you for posting the original recipe, its lovely and now I have it sussed I can see this being very popular :D
