That's the wonderful Neile Coode in Cranleigh for those that haven't had the pleasure.

A min 30 min maybe 45 min drive away.

I have had the hole in the neck hen, sometimes 12 hour egg layer sniffling sneezing for about 8 weeks now.

with a weekend away coming up I thought for my peace of mind with my lot it would be best.

There is Little Moe with her sore but improving bare Bum.

Meany the BIG FAT Momma chook non laying fat under bottomed girl.

 

Happily sneezy is ok, her !st visit to a vet since her hole healed, he had a real good look

nothing but some dried snot(sorry mucas) in her notrils & a slightly kinked windpipe about wher the whole is, no tumours to be felt(re funny egg laying)

Moe bum has no lice which is good (thought not but good to be sure) but something irritates it from time to time. Got dsome Sulpher tabs to try.

Fatt Momma has no eggs backed up but IS holding some fluid, again nothing to be felt but to "keep an eye" on her.

& the softee girl, clearly not metabolising her calcium has some calc c tabs to try for a month. Eastrogen could be given to help her, but dossage & side effects to be considered AND she may come good in spring .

Had a softee overnigt from my sometimes weird 12 hour layer! Good one yest morning (not an ex bat)

And sooooo weird either the non layer OR the contsant softee layer laid me an almost perfect solid egg today the calc c surely can't work that quick

going to google it!
