quickcluck
Hi Sugarspice. The run is currently 4m long, all cube extentions. But will be 18ft long and 8ft wide..... At the Moment we have 6 hybrids, but would like to add a couple of large breeds which is why we are making it bigger How about you?
sugarspice
hey at the mo we have a miss pepperpot and gingernut ranger (our problem child). eglu and run. they started off on the grass but soon trashed it. so now ive lost a raised bed and put them on woodchipping on top of soiland ive made a temp run. they wont be coming out into the garden again as they make so much mess. so im going to build a walk in run 13ft by 5 ft and 6ft high. want to add 2 more to the brood. thinking of blackrocks, plymouth rock or marans
quickcluck
That sounds exciting, and they always says to add a few at a time!!!! And shopping for them is lovely... I am struggling to find chooks at the moment, but it wont be till the summer, so I've got plenty of time for research...
