helsbels
hello all knowing people ! I'm hoping you may be able to help having 8 chickens - and not the 1000 pheasants the bottle of flubenvet obviously expects me to be in possession of - I'm rather flumoxed as to how to dose my new girls Does anyone with approximately the same number of girls have a surefire way of doing the worming? I've got the 2.5% premixture - not the 1% bottle. I'm thinking this would be a good time to worm them - and then do you worm every 6 months or more frequently than that? thanks so much for your help
Egluntyne
Works out at 1/2 a tsp per 2 kg layers pellets. They eat the correct dose for their age and weight, and the medication is absorbed throughout the day, and this is the method advised by the manufacturer. This ratio of Flubenvet should be fed over 7 days, with any left over being discarded after this time. I worm my hens every 3 to 4 months.
