Phoebe
came home today to find that the girls had poked one of the nipples up inside the super glug (painful ). All the water then leaked out the hole they made. I am about to get it in to see if I can mend it, once girls are in bed, but has anyone else had this ? I might send it back to Omlet as it is only 2 months old and I only have four hens, so its not had excessive use. Interestingly, I put some water in some cage cups for them, to tide them over (bad pun that ), and they seemed to enjoy drinking from those much more. I may invest in a glug or two instead (or 57 cage cups )
Janty
I have several superglugs and I've never seen this problem before. Perhaps it's a fault with your superglug.
Phoebe
Panic over - it was extremely easy to mend
bellekatz
I have a similar problem with two of my superglugs, they push the nipple up on the left hand side and the metal bit gets stuck and doesn't come down again. This means that all the water drips out. I only have one left now that I can use out of the three They all worked fine when I first got them but unless I put something heavy inside the the superglug I can no longer use them. I am not particularly impressed
