Muppet81 Posted September 7, 2006 Share Posted September 7, 2006 I know we are a bit late for the raspberry harvest but my chimneysweep has just been and he was telling me about his raspberry vodka. Sounded lovely so I thought I would share the recipe with you all. I'm going to get some raspberries and try a small amount this year. Stuff a jar with raspberries and top up with GOOD vodka. No sugar. Leave till the colour has leached out of the raspberrie then drain through a seive. Then run through a coffee filter to really clear it. Bottle.
