Single hen

hi , just a quick question to all you experienced chicken owners out there. when my chickens arrive next week, the set up is two chickens in one eglu, G NR AND P P should i put anything in the run to amuse them and keep them happy...? i understand that they can get board and thats when problems can start! i really want them to be happy chickens , am i worrying unnecessesaryily, any advice gratefully recieved.

We have placed a brussel sprout stem and and a Tumble N Treat Ball (for rabbits and Guinea Pigs) which we fill with a few mealworms which they both enjoy.

Mine have sprout stalk, pecker block or a stuff broccoli into a food ball and hang it up

Mine like standing on things and then hopping off them, so a log might go down well. I also have a large ceramic flowerpot filled with compost and play-sand, which is meant to be a dust-bath. They use it as a look-out post and excavation area instead: Bertha spends half of her day upside-down in it, eating the sand.
