Red spots (dots) on hen's legs

Hi.

 

We have just checked our two hens (Sally and Biff) and noticed that one of them (Sally) has a few red spots on both of her legs. What could it be? Any advice?

 

The hens are bahaving normal, becking around the garden, eating, drinking, laying eggs.

 

We don't have much experience with poultry, and we've only got our hens 3 weeks ago. Very worried to do anything wrong.
