sandyhas3chucks
you folks out ther with limpy chooks & Poet you've got a real bad one too haven't you? Where /how do they sleep? I have 4 new girls one is "normal" 1 is a real disabled girl, 2 limp one worse than the other and she is almost one legged as the other leg is shorter. So 2 would b able to cope with an Eglu. but at thew moment and maybe forever are in a Piglu/Rablu (are they the same) So a few questionsreally, what do you use on the floor for beding? I have a piece of up turned carpet at the entrance as I think the slop particularly the disabled one would be to slippery. Any other better ideas? At the moment she gets in ok either in the day if she is in the WIR and at night to go to bed but seems to not be able to get out again,. They came Friday afternoon, I don't want her to go hungry & as it's all new and Uwas going out at 11 on Sunday I have been helping/taking her out in the mornings. Do you think I should leave her, if so how long? They wee in a wooden hutch thing before they came to me, so only a little step in/out.
