I think it might be fleas, but our dog doesn't have them and he is regularly frontline'd anyway, chickens don't get fleas so WHERE ARE THEY COMING FROM :wall::wall::wall:

 

Do you have any old carpets or rugs in your house?

 

We moved into a house once in the winter. Didn't get bitten at all until the spring when the carpets erupted :shock: . They hatch from the vibrations of you walking past or hoovering. We had to let off flea bombs in every room in the house as we were bitten to death. The only people not bitten were the cats as they were front-lined :lol: .

 

It's an icky subject but eggs in furniture and carpets can be dormant for years until the right conditions come along, and it's been nice and warm for the past week :vom: .
