josephine77
Hi, Have any of you ever used tea-tree oil as an anti peck / feather pulling treatment? I recall someone mentioning you can put a few drops in water and spray it onto the feathers but I can't find any threads on it? If so, did it work? I know there are products like Ukadex - but I'd like to use that as a last resort if poss. Thanks very much, Jo
sandyhas3chucks
I have tried vaseline on the comb with t tree added. On the feathers you will need to dilute on a spray bottle odf water. Ukadex didn't work on my monsters, so what works for one not necessarily for another. def worth a try tho.

josephine77
Haven't tried yet as have been at work all day - will get some tea tree tomorrow and give it a go. Fingers crossed as poor Agnes is looking very shabby / baldy.
Abbey Road Girl
I tried it on mine but it didn't stop feather pecking. It might have been a bit discouraging but it didn't put a stop to it. I really wish it had!
