Hi everyone,

Just a few quick questions - I am in awe of all of your amazing constructions and need some tips from the experts! :)

- I am intending to link my eglu & run to my WIR (WIR is not quite big enough to have eglu inside it too and leave chickens enough space).

Does anyone have any pics of how to attach? (I have tried wading throught the 1,000+ posts of WIR pics ... :? ) - I am thinking of cutting a door size hole in the chicken wire so that I can open the door up into the WIR and then clip it with eglu clips. Not sure if this makes sense?!

- any idea how many flag stones I will need for the eglu and eglu run? WIR has got soil floor but I need to raise up eglu.

- any other suggestions welcome.

Thanks

Suze

HI

Know what you are trying to achieve. I did the same but have a cube.

I had to discard the cube ladder but I made the wir and the last panel I completed was the end where I butted up the cube to the wir(the cube is on the outside. I then built a wooden frame so the door of the cube only was up against the wooden window.

So perhaps make a wooden window and tack the wire of the wir onto this window. I think you will have to butt your eglu run up to the window. Allow enough room for opening of the current eglu run door???....perhaps make the window large enough to post part of the eglu run inside the wir???Then you can just open the original door???

Hope that is clear as mud! good luck indie
