Hi guys, i was wondering if any of you have ever been to Serpentine Sessions in Hyde Park? Me and a friend want to go and see our hero Regina Spektor there, as she is headlining on of the days. Does anybody know if it is regarded as a 'safe' place to be for 2 16 year old girls?

Hi Megan,

 

I am probably not the person to ask as I am rather old now

 

However........I would say go for it with a few provisos, ( which I am sure you are well aware of, so excuse me for being boring )

 

Stay together...no matter what....even to the loo.

Don't drink alcohol.......don't accept a drink (or any thing else )from ANYONE.....regardless of what they say it is

Make sure you have enough money to get yourself home.

Make sure you have a fully charged mobile phone (in a safe place) for emergencies.

Tell your parents your plans....AND STICK TO THEM

Thanks Jackiepoppies! My parents have said that they will be around the corner in a restuarant now, incase we need anything! I can't wait though - I have been looking forward to this for about 4 years, and Regina has finally come somewhere close to me!! Sooo excited!!
