4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

It's day 21 at last and there's tweeting coming from the nest but don't think any have hatched yet! My broody hen is really panting and is throwing bedding over herself - is this normal behaviour? I changed the bedding from shredded paper to wood shavings a few hours ago and I don't know if this is causing her problems? Any advice anyone? Thanks

No advice from me as you are further along than Buffie & I are....just lots of luck for a successful hatch, and we are awaiting photos asap !

 

I imagine that chooks are as hormonal as we are at "hatching" time so anything could be possible !!!
