Hey Jude
Just wondering if any of you fellow bunny lovers can help me. I was thinking of putting some bark chippings down in the rabbit run. We have 2 bunnies living in a rablu with a fixed run on the lawn and 1 bunny living in a hutch with a fixed run on the concrete flags. We are unable to keep moving them around too much because of the lack of space in the garden (I also have 2 chickens in an eglu with run and GP's). B & Q sell bags of pine bark chips designed for putting down in children's play areas. Would these be suitable or harmful if the buns decided to eat them? I would appreciate any suggestions or alternatives that anyone may have. Many thanks
bigmommasally
I can't help - sorry. My hutch & run are on grass and we can't move it around as it's too big but the grass is fine and grows well.
franklyrabbit
Hi - I don't have any direct knowledge of bark chippings but it might be worth asking a supplier as they might know? Perhaps not the retailer but the actual name on the bag. I hope that you can get to the bottom of it.
