4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

We have had chickens for a while but are new to ducks, getting three female Khaki Campbells a few weeks ago. They are POL but no eggs as yet. However, I have noticed that occasionally one of them flattens itself on the ground and one of the others looks as though they're trying to mate with it ... Is this just typical juvenile behaviour? Are they establishing a 'pecking order'? Help, please!

It's just normal behaviour - partly a pecking order thing and partly because they are coming up to maturity.
