Rcom King suro - help please

I wonder if anyone can help. I am absolutely useless with all things technical and am rather confused with how to set the temperature and humidity on the king suro. (I've only just got it today and am testing it). :(

 

It defaults to 37.5 degrees temp and 45 degrees humidity. OK thats fine. But towards the end of incubation when I have to raise the humidity I just can't work out how to do it. :(

 

Can anyone help please.
