wenhen Posted September 7, 2009 Share Posted September 7, 2009 Hi Last year I found a lovely recipe for Chunk Apple Sauce - using cooking apples to start with then adding diced dessert apples near the end of the cooking time. Does this sounds familiar to anyone?? I can't find the bit of paper which has the recipe, so I am unsure of quantities. Thanks!
