Can i have your thoughts please

Yes that would be ideal make sure ventilation is good you may have to drill some holes if its not(although you mention vents) but fine any flat floored secure (from foxes Rats) would be good.

Tip raise it off floor ie on bricks or slabs to stop rodents digging under (just a few inches off ground)Rats will chew.

Sounds perfect

indie :) goodluck

Perfect the paddling pool will be easy to tip out as it will need a cleaning regularly.

They dont need a lake just a few inches of water to duck under(literally)

good luck indie :)

Hi I have a pair of mallards who also have a plastic paddling pool which they share with the two geese. It works really well. It does need moving regularly though as the little darlings like to puddle and beak in the damp patches around the pool. I also provide them with a large washing up bowl of water which I change daily as they like to have an early morning "clean water" dip!!! Maybe I am spoiling them, but they are such fun.... Hope your plastic shed works out.

Any bowl will do baby bath etc..doesnt have to be big..in fact if its easy to tip out is more ideal for ducks(for cleaning purposes) When mine were small I used a big old fashioned jam making pan(it must be an antique belong to my long gone Nan)..she would be pleased
