Depluming/Shaft mite treatment question

Recommended Posts

yes and no, I hadn't realised that 2 needed more treatment. Difficult with one very disabled and having 2 poorlies, and one needing watching what she is eating due to overlaying.

One isn't bad, just her shoulders , the other I thought was ok, actually has loads of new feathers but they are brittle & snapping, (they happen to be pals & share an Eglu, there is NO sign of anything else at all moving.)

But was really asking for clarity when suggesting to others.

Both of them I really would rather not bath unless I have to, & the direct method worked best with my stunningly beautifulnow fully featherd girl! :D
