dippy bird Posted October 16, 2009 Share Posted October 16, 2009 well, I went to check on the ex bats a short while ago and I could hear a bit of bumping about in the coop, so I opened the nest box and stuck my head in to see what was happening,only to see three of the girls dust bathing!! They have ripped up all the news paper and dragged all the straw out of the nest box into the coop and were all rolling around in it!! Soooooo cute!! We have just let them out to freerange with one of our other hens (Aggie) and Elsie has attacked her!! She is now modelling a bumper bit.I think the other hens are making fun of her now.
