4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

I wonder if any one can help? I have 2 new hens which where both laying when I had them on thier own, and the combs were growing. I have introduced them over a month ago to the other two hens and one of them thier comb has not got any bigger and the feathers around it's neck & seemed to been pulled out. I have sprayed with budie anti peck spray and i'm not sure if she is laying any more as I often get 3 eggs a day but never 4 and I have not seen her in the lay area. Any ideas?

How old are the new ones? hens combs are small when they are moulting and this would tie up with the feather loss and not laying but they dont normally moult properly till they are in the second year

The two were were bought at point to lay in October 2009 so i do not think they would be moulting yet, my old girls have molted this year.
