Hi All

 

I have six chooks and we are away for the weekend. The are housed in a very secure WIR and cube. Would you leave enough food and water for them and leave the cube door open or would you get someone in to do it. They have no problem taking themselves off to bed a 5.530pm so that does not worry me.

If it's just a weekend they'll be fine . If you have a handy neighbour or friend who doesn't mind though, it would give you peace of mind (and they could rescue any eggs which might get trodden on otherwise ).

Just check the weather report in case we are due for a cold snap again as the water may freeze.
