Best liner/ bedding for drop tray

I have many hobbies, but one of my main ones is karate. I am a red belt which means that I am 3 away from black belt, which is 2th ky. I am really good (sorry about boasting) and I know a lot of cool moves.

I was wondering if anyone else did a martial art as I rarely get to talk about it outside the club.

My ES (16) is a 2nd Degree Black belt in Tae Kwon Do & YS (11) is a 1st Kup, hopefully (fingers crossed) going for his black belt in April - has just passes his pre pre grading by a whisker so lots of hard work and perfecting of techniques to do over the next couple of months.

How often do you train and how long have you been doing it for?

How often do you train and how long have you been doing it for?

 

I have been doing it for 5 years and I train 1 day a week for 1 and a half hours, but I like to practice in th garden.

What about your son?

I used to do Tae Kwon-Do when younger - red belt (2nd kup - 2 grades below black belt), but had to give up when I broke my leg in a multi-vehicle pile-up on the M5. Still enjoy watching martial arts but sadly now too injured to participate.

1 does 2 hours a week and the other does 1 hour. YS got a borderline pass in his black belt pre pregrading on Sunday so has masses of work to do to pass the next stage.
