eggalp
Chalkies eggs have been weird for the past couple of months - huge (usually around 90g) lop-sided, with no distinct ends - just like a weeble shape. She lays these every day. They always have a wrinkley bit at one end and when cracked open have watery whites. If hard boiled the whites don't set properly and the yolks are always to one side in the middle of the egg, with the air sac, which is in the middle on one side - not at the end. They also don't peel well when boiled, even though they can be a week or so old. If fried they are not good, the whites are almost 'foamy'. She is not old, just under a year - and has, until the last couple of months, laid perfect eggs. What could be causing this? any ideas would be a help!
