Smart Feeder - Light sensor values

Hello, I have 3 warren hens that are nearly 1 year old. They have lovely red combs, wattles and earlobes except..... one of the hens earlobes have both turned white. The red lobe is still there but the skin is white on the surface.

Can anyone tell me what has happened? She seems perfectly happy and healthy otherwise and is laying well. In fact I have had eggs almost everyday since they started laying.
