foxychickjo
Hi, just wondering if anyone could give me some advice please with regards to worming. I have read the links but am still confused. I have 3 omet girls that I got last June and 6 ex bats that I collected last Sat. The newbies are currently in segregation while they get their strength up before I intergrate them all. When I do put them all together I thought it might be a good time to worm them. What's the easiest way to do this? I also want to give them a cider vinegar in their water as a tonic. Can I do this at the same time I worm them? Does any of it affect the edibility of their eggs? Thanks in advance.
Redwing
I'd say worm them now but they are probably just getting to grips with being out so leave them a week or so then worm them They wont be strong enough to go in with the others for quite some time so I would worm them all again when you do integrate Flubenvet is the most common chicken wormer and you can eat the eggs when worming with the standard dose I wouldnt give the ACV at the same time as the wormer (worming lasts 7 days) but its fine at other times
