Toots
I have recently beel looking into landshare to grow some veg. I foung a farm shop near me that had 7 achers that they were willing to let others use! It got even better they had 20 bee hives that they wanted someone to help with.. I am just getting into beekeeing!! then the best part. The had a flock of girls that they wanted someone to help with.. ie free chickens, space, chicken food etc with out the further death of my lawn/mud patch Contacted them to get a space and let them know i could help every where!!! they have gone bust! the shop is up for lease but no chickens, bees or even a lone pea! oh well keep looking! Ain't Nobody Here
What a shame . It sounds like it would have been brilliant .
Chucky Mama
Is there a possibility that someone may take on the lease and offer a similar thing? Might be worth registering your interest early.
Toots
I am going to keep an eye on the place just to see but until i know who is taking it on there is no way to redgiser i want to help them with that plot. I have added a Helper tag to the landshare scheme about bees and chickens but nothing so far!
