Can chickens have strokes??? And can they be a bit unspectacular!! As in she's a little off colour - nothing serious - and then has a lop-sided head to the left and can't stay awake is listless but gets neither better or worse!!!

I recommend that you take her back to the vet as she sounds rather poorly.
