Hi i didn't quite know how to phrase this is a nicer way, so there you have it. I have four 3week old chicks (2 Barnebars, a cream legbar and a welbar). They seem healthy happy, a bit mad and lots of fun. They are eating their chick crumbs like they've never seen food before. However, they also have made a game out of picking up dried poo and running around chasing each other, the winner eventually eating the 'prize'! yuck! Is this normal and will it do them any harm?

It's not something I've witnessed before! It's probably better they don't eat it, but other than changing their bedding daily, I'm not sure how you'd stop it.
